Quick Help

When will my order ship?

Our processing time is 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Longer processing times may happen during sales and promotions. Choosing an expedited shipping time does not change the processing.

Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with the tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Can I change the address on my order?

Please reach out to our Customer Support Team within 30 minutes of placing your order and we try to accommodate the change before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the address.

Can I cancel my order?

We're unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders once they are placed. Please make sure your shipping address and item(s) are correct before submitting your order.

Returned packages due to an inaccurate shipping address will be subject to a reshipping fee.

Refunds are not provided for packages with an inaccurate shipping address. 

What do I do if my package was lost or stolen?

UNIQUEXYOU is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by shipping carriers but not limited to, lost packages or theft at your destination.

If your package has been marked ‘Delivered’ but you are unable to locate it, we ask that you contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and information. 

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider, and they will be able to open an investigation to help locate your package.

How do I start a return?

We hope you love your UNIQUEXYOU purchase, but if for any reason you would like to send back your purchase, we are happy to offer store credit for eligible, unworn items that are sent back within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please email us at info@uniqueyouvintage.com with in 15 calendar days of you receiving you item(s), include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line or fill out our contact form with your information. Please allow up to 72 business hours for us to get back to you with next steps.

As a small business we are currently unable to provide return shipping.

Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging, all contents sent and must not show any signs of wear.

Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return. We will email you with your store credit.
