When will my order ship?
We move fast but perfection takes a sec - orders ship in 1-3 business days (excluding weekend and holidays). Big sale? High demand? Things might take a little longer, but trust us, it's worth it.
Once your order is on the move, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. If it's not updating right away, give it 24-48 hours - good things are coming!
Can I change the address on my order?
Made a mistake? It happens. Reach out to our Customer Support Team at info@uniqueyouvintage.com within 1 hour of placing an order, and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Once it's on the move, we can't make changes - so double-check those details, babe!
We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong location, refunds will not be provided.
Make sure the shipping details are correct before placing the order to keep everything smooth and stress-free, because no one likes shipping delays!
Can I cancel my order?
Changed your mind? We got you - reach out to our Customer Support Team within an hour of placing your order, and we'll do our best to cancel it.
After that, cancellations will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
What do I do if my package was lost or stolen?
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. While we’d love to have control over every step of the journey, we’re not liable for unforeseen issues like lost packages or theft at your destination.
If your package is marked ‘Delivered’ but nowhere to be found, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number—they’ll be able to open an investigation and help locate your package.
Refunds are not available for lost or stolen packages.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, email us at info@uniqueyouvintage.com within the timeframe that applies to your order:
• Refund to Original Payment → Request within 7 days of delivery (5% processing fee applies).
• Store Credit → Request within 8-14 days of delivery.
• Sale Items → Eligible for store credit only.
