Shipping

What is your processing time?

Our processing time is 3-5 business days to ship your item, excluding weekends and holidays. Longer processing times may happen during sales and promotions.

Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with the tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Can I change the address on my order?

Please reach out to our Customer Support Team within 30 minutes of placing your order and we try to accommodate the change before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the address.

Can I cancel my order?

We're unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders once they are placed at this time. Please make sure your shipping address and item(s) are correct before submitting your order.

Returned packages due to an inaccurate shipping address will be subject to a reshipping fee.

Refunds are not provided for packages with an inaccurate shipping address. 

How can I track my order?

You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. You can monitor the package via the shippers website. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

What do I do if my package was lost or stolen?

UNIQUEYOU is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by shipping carriers, such as lost packages or theft at your destination.

If your package has been marked ‘Delivered’ but you are unable to locate it, we ask that you contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number and information. 

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider, and they will be able to open an investigation to help locate your package.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your UNIQUEYOU purchase, but if for any reason you would like to send back your purchase, we are happy to offer store credit for ELIGIBLE, unworn items that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging, all contents sent and must not show any signs of wear.

How do I start my return?

To request a return, please email us at info@uniqueyouvintage.com with in 14 days of you receiving you item(s), include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line. Please allow up to 72 business hours for us to get back to you with next steps.

Do you provide a return label?

As a small business we are currently unable to provide return shipping.

When will I receive my store credit?

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return. We will email you with your store credit.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

We ask you to email us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. This is sadly an occurrence completely out of our control but depending on the damages incurred, we offer store credit. We do remind you though that vintage can often be fragile and while we do our best to protect our pieces for shipping, what happens once the package leaves us is so often, sadly out of our control.
