What is your processing time?

We move fast but perfection takes a sec - orders ship in 1-3 business days (excluding weekend and holidays). Big sale? High demand? Things might take a little longer, but trust us, it's worth it.

Once your order is on the move, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. If it's not updating right away. give it 24-48 hours - good things are coming!

Can I change the address on my order?

Made a mistake? It happens. Reach out to our Customer Support Team at info@uniqueyouvintage.com within 1 hour of placing an order, and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Once it's on the move, we cant make changes - so double-check those details, babe!

We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong location, refunds will not be provided.

Make sure the shipping details are correct before placing the order to keep everything smooth and stress-free, because no one likes shipping delays!

Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? We got you - reach out to our Customer Support Team within an hour of placing your order, and we'll do our best to cancel it.

After that, cancellations will be subject to a 5% processing fee.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If it’s not updating right away, give it 24-48 hours—good things are coming.

What do I do if my package was lost or stolen?

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. While we’d love to have control over every step of the journey, we’re not liable for unforeseen issues like lost packages or theft at your destination.

If your package is marked ‘Delivered’ but nowhere to be found, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number—they’ll be able to open an investigation and help locate your package.

Refunds are not available for lost or stolen packages.

Not your style? We got you. We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how returns go down:

• If your piece isn’t quite right, you’ve got 14 business days after delivery to send it back for store credit. Just make sure it’s unworn and in its original packaging, and we’ll handle the rest. Need help? Slide into our inbox—we’ve got you!

• All Sale Items → Sale items are final sale.

After 14 days, all sales are final.

A few things to note:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible for a return.

Returned items must include original packaging and all contents sent, with no signs of wear.

• Any paid shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, reach out—we’re happy to help!

How do I start my return?

To start a return, email us at info@uniqueyouvintage.com within the timeframe that applies to your order:

Refund to Original Payment → Request within 7 days of delivery (5% processing fee applies).

Store Credit → Request within 8-14 days of delivery.

Sale Items → Eligible for store credit only.

Do you provide a return label?

Need a return label? We’ve got you. If you’d like us to handle it, a $4.95 fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

As a small business, we appreciate your understanding that return shipping isn't free on our end, while still offering you an easy and hassle free return process. If you’d rather use your own shipping method, that works too - we will provide you with the address to send your return. Just make sure to send us the tracking info once it’s on its way!

When will I receive my store credit?

Please allow 7- 10 business days for us to process your return. Once it’s complete, we’ll email you with your store credit code.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

Damaged Package? We've Got You.

If your order arrives damaged, email us immediately so we can make it right. While this is something completely out of our control, we’ll assess the situation.

We take every precaution to protect your new jewelry pieces during shipping, once the package leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control. If something happens, reach out, and we’ll do our best to help!
